Originally from McLean, VA, Nazir started drawing from the time he learned how to open a box of crayons. His first drawings were of whales on loose leaf. After earning his BFA in Graphic Design from George Mason University in Spring of 2006, Nazir worked as a print intern in downtown Alexandria, VA for Grafik.

After that he moved to Syracuse, New York where he worked as a graphic designer in the areas of brand identity, print, retail and packaging. Nazir now has over three years of professional design experience, working with creatives at all levels of the totem pole.

Nazir enjoys playing guitar, printing with Gocco and reading.
